Abstract Submission

• A one-page abstract should be prepared in the format of the abstract template.
• The abstract should be written in English. (*.docx)
• It is recommended to make the online submission by the presenting author's account.
• Authors need to select the presentation type.
  • Special Sessions (It is for speakers of the proposed session.)
  • Oral Sessions
  • Poster Sessions
• Presenting authors of the accepted abstracts should complete online registration by May 31, 2025, for inclusion in the final program.
• At least one author for each abstract/paper needs to make a full registration to present onsite at CECAR10.
• Please download the abstract template below and write your abstract following the instructions.

Extended Abstract / Full Paper Submission

• An extended abstract or a full paper submission is optional.
• Full paper submission for the special issues will be announced separately at the menu: [Special Issues] https://www.cecar10.org/Issues.asp
• An extended abstract or a full paper should be prepared in the format of the full paper template.
• The abstract should be written in English. (*.docx)
• The extended abstract should be at least two pages long. (Limits on the length of a full paper is up to 15 pages.)
• Only the author of the accepted abstract can submit an extended abstract or a full paper after notification of acceptance. (The notification of acceptance: January 24, 2025).

• The conference proceedings (PDF) will include extended abstracts (full papers). If the extended abstract (full paper) is not submitted, the first submitted abstract will be included in the proceedings (PDF).
• The deadline for extended abstract/full paper submission is May 31, 2025.
• At least one author for each abstract/paper should complete the registration to present on-site at CECAR10.
• Please download the full paper template below and write your paper following the instructions. Please do not modify margins or fonts, only use the styles associated with the template.
