1. The registration fee includes plenary lectures, special sessions, concurrent sessions, poster sessions, and lunches [3 days, Oct. 22-24]. (The Gala Dinner is not included.)

4. Registration for Speakers
  • If you want to select "Registration for Speakers", you must complete the abstract submission before registration.
  • "Registration for Speakers" is irrelevant to ACCEC membership.
  • Speakers should complete the online registration by June 13, 2025.

5. Registration for Students
  • Registration for Students applies to all student participants regardless of the abstract submission.
  • Student participants should attach a copy of the student ID or certificate of studentship.

6. Accompanying Person’s registration
  • Accompanying Person’s registration includes lunches [3 days, Oct. 22-24], but NOT Gala Dinner attendance.
  • This registration is for the spouse or family of the attendee.

Payment

※ For the domestic payment, the registration fee is paid in KRW applied to today’s exchange rate.
